Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Talknlock Private Limited ("we"), which operates Stagepost (getstagepost.com). By creating an account or using Stagepost you accept them.

1. The service
Stagepost is an online tool for sharing project progress and updates with clients, and for managing clients, projects, contacts, pipeline and planning.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for your login and for everything done in your workspace, including by people you invite.
3. Your content
You own the content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload it and to share your clients' details with us.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Stagepost for anything illegal, to send spam, to upload malware, to infringe others' rights, or to try to access other workspaces or break the service's security. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay and include or add GST as stated at checkout. Payments are non-refundable, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Stagepost running at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features.
7. Liability
Stagepost is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. On closure your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
